Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase (e.g., via the Shopify App Store). Refund is determined on a case-by-case basis. Charges are generally non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. Taxes may apply.

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers and complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the services; or use the services for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes. If you use advanced features such as Custom Instructions, you must comply with the Custom Instructions Disclaimer and accept full responsibility for AI behavior resulting from your configurations.
6. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our services, software, and content. You retain ownership of your data and grant us the rights necessary to provide the services.
7. AI-Specific Terms
Our services utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. You acknowledge and agree that:
- • AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unexpected outputs.
- • You are responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and validating all AI-generated content before relying on it or presenting it to customers.
- • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or appropriateness of AI outputs.
- • AI behavior may change over time due to model updates, training data changes, or other factors.
- • You must not use the services in high-risk scenarios where AI errors could result in harm, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical applications.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING AI ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MISTARA LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR BEHAVIOR.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mistara Labs from claims arising out of your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or any AI-generated content or outputs resulting from your use of the services.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updates.
